Packet Pick-up & Pre-Race Schedule

Packet pickup will be on Saturday July 8th from 1-4pm and also on race day morning starting at 6:30am. Saturday's packet pick up will be at the covered shelter near the Muncipal Pool in Lion's Park. Packet pick up on race day morning will be at the same spot as on Saturday. If you are purchasing a USAT 1 day membership, I strongly suggest you come to packet picket pick on Saturday as you must complete a USAT registeration form(USAT form can be downloaded at: https://membership.usatriathlon.org/ReturnBinary.aspx?Params=044849065802050b540000000159)and you might want to take care of this paperwork on Saturday as opposed to Sunday morning when you have other things on your mind. Otherwise packet & chip pick up will be held on race day morning(7/8/12) starting at 6:30am. Please note that chip pick up will be on race day morning. PROOF OF CURRENT USAT MEMBERSHIP AND PHOTO ID REQUIRED AT PACKET PICK UP. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROOF OF USAT MEMBERSHIP YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A ONE DAY MEMBERSHIP FOR $12.00. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!! Only competitors may pickup their own packet for insurance reasons. No exceptions. Relay team members may NOT pick up packets for their entire team. Each team member must pick up his/her own packet.

There will also be a optional pre-race meeting at 2pm and 3:30pm on Saturday 7/7/12. These optional pre-race meetings will also be held near the packet pick up area. It is recommended you attend one of these two pre-race meetings if this is your first triathlon or if this is your first time competing in the Cheyenne Sprint Triathlon/Duathlon/Aquabike. Additional race information, important triathlon rules and your questions will be addressed.
