Refund Policy

 

Since T-shirts and other items will have been ordered, there is no refund even the race is cancelled due to weather. However anyone who has ordered a T-shirt will receive one. If possible, we may be able to reschedule the event, but that would be based on availability of park facilities along with permission from the City of Cheyenne and the Cheyenne police department.
